Founder & CEO
Sandhya Prithvi is the Founder of The People Studio, specializing in HR consulting and executive search, and a Certified POSH Consultant with extensive experience in compliance, child safety, and workplace culture. She also serves as Founder Director of Rainbow Kids Early Learning Centre, Core Committee Member of FKCCI Women’s Committee and the Karnataka Council of Preschools, and Treasurer of Kannada Sahitya Parishat, South Bengaluru.
